Technical Overview

This technology is mainly aimed at solving the difficulties and pain points of traditional nickel electrodeposition process and technology, which has been researched and developed by our for 10 years.In october 2023, it passed the scientific and technological achievements evaluation of China Non-ferrous Metals Industry
Association, and the evaluation conclusion is that it has reached the international advanced level.

It includes new pattern of nickel diaphragm frame and its structure, acid fog extraction technology from sealed anode frames, anolyte outlet and acid fog extraction connecting devices, new-patterned anode chamber intake way, multi-circuit conduction technology and devices which applying for nickel EW production lines and integrated
directional position devices and other process technology package.

System Features

1. Environmentally Friendly And Safe

It completely solve the problems of acid fog during production. The acid fog level in plant with1 meter above cells during site checking was no higher than 0.005 milligram per cubic meter.

2. Excellent Product Quality

It adopts new patterned feeding mode and increases cathode feeding circulation volume, reducing concentration polarization.

By controlling anolyte volume and acidity via controlling electrolyte height and level difference during EW process, it can improve the crystal quality of nickel products.

The first grade rate has increased from 30-50% of the current industry to more than 90%;The chemical composition of nickel can reach 99.99%;Its products with smoothing edges without bubbles at the bottom or liquid,

3. High Single-Tank Capacity

The operating current density has been increased from 180A/㎡ to 230A/㎡ with the increasing area of each cathode plate from 1.5 ㎡ to 1.8 ㎡.Single tank capacity can be increased by 40%.

4. Low Operating Costs

Cell voltage was lower by 0.1-0.2V with reducing operation energy consumption. Electricity efficiency was improved from its of traditional way’s 85%-90% to 92%-95%. The consumption of diaphragm bag was lowered form 0.6pcs l to 0.1pcs per ton of
nicke for products.

5. More Convenient To Operate

It uses separated-structure diaphragm. Operators and site workers operates and maintain the production line conveniently, even if operators randomly take out certain diaphragm during production process.
